Nature of the service

TarotLux provides personalised tarot readings, journaling, and reflective tools. Readings are offered as a contemplative practice and are intended solely for personal reflection. They are not, and should not be treated as, medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TarotLux. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your responsibility

Decisions you make in your life are yours alone. TarotLux is not responsible for any outcome — financial, emotional, professional, or otherwise — that results from how you interpret or act upon a reading. Always seek qualified professional advice for matters that warrant it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal accessible in your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep TarotLux running smoothly but make no warranty regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, attempt to extract data, or violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile.

Changes

These terms may evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
